Last updated: February 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on or using Radiant (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Radiant is operated by a United States-based company. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Radiant.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Radiant. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
  • Notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account
  • Not create multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of others without permission

We offer optional passkey and two-factor authentication for additional account security.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Radiant, including posts, reviews, photos, routines, and comments ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Radiant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, except where your content has been shared by other users or is reasonably necessary for the operation of the Service (for example, a routine that has been adopted by other users).

Content representations

By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to post the content
  • Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
  • Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

Radiant's intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, and documentation, is owned by Radiant and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or that promotes violence, discrimination, or self-harm
  • Post sexually explicit content
  • Impersonate another person, entity, or falsely claim an affiliation
  • Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or deceptive content
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service using automated tools without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Circumvent usage limits, create multiple accounts to abuse free tier restrictions, or otherwise attempt to bypass platform controls
  • Share another person's personal or health information without their consent
  • Present user-generated content (reviews, recommendations, routines) as professional medical advice

We may remove content that violates these guidelines and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Radiant is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

All content on the platform — including skin assessments, scores, ingredient warnings, product recommendations, sensitivity alerts, and user-generated reviews — is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. This content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider for medical concerns about your skin. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information you read on Radiant.

Radiant is not responsible for any skin reactions, adverse effects, or health outcomes resulting from products, routines, or recommendations discussed on the platform. Users share their personal experiences and opinions, which should not be treated as professional advice.

7. Free and Premium Plans

Radiant offers free and premium tiers. Free accounts include core features subject to usage limits (for example, limits on the number of routines, posts, images, and shelf items). Premium accounts offer expanded limits and additional features.

We may adjust free tier limits with reasonable notice. If we introduce paid subscriptions in the future, billing terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be presented to you at the time of purchase and will be incorporated into these Terms.

8. Third-Party Products and Links

Radiant displays information about skincare products from various brands. All product names, brands, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Radiant is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand or product listed on the platform.

Product information (ingredients, descriptions, categories) is provided for informational purposes and may be user-contributed. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of product data.

The Service may contain links to third-party retailer websites ("buy links"). Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning Radiant may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through the link, at no additional cost to you. Radiant is not responsible for the products, services, pricing, or practices of third-party retailers.

9. Privacy and Health Data Consent

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using features that involve skin type, skin concerns, ingredient sensitivities, progress photos, or check-in data, you consent to our collection and use of this information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the Consumer Health Data section. You may withdraw this consent at any time through your account settings.

10. Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion requires password confirmation. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a security risk. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or at the time of suspension, unless doing so would compromise security or violate the law.

Effect of termination: Upon account deletion or termination, your access to the Service will end. Sections 4 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Medical Disclaimer), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 13 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • Radiant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill
  • Radiant is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of user-generated content, including product reviews, routine recommendations, and skincare advice
  • Radiant is not liable for any skin reactions, allergic reactions, or adverse health effects resulting from products, routines, or recommendations discussed on the platform
  • Radiant's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Radiant in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Radiant, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

Binding arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Radiant agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding individual arbitration, except as set forth below. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration may be conducted in person, by telephone, or online, at your election.

Small claims exception: Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court in your county of residence.

Class action waiver

YOU AND RADIANT AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Radiant.

Opt-out of arbitration

You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions by sending a written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of creating your account. Your notice must include your name, email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts specified in Section 14.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If the arbitration agreement in Section 13 does not apply, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and/or by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

16. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radiant.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
  • Electronic communications: By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email and in-app notifications). You agree that all agreements, notices, and communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
